G.O.C Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company is recruiting 03 Agricultural Engineers for permanent full-time positions in Bac Ninh. We are looking for qualified and proactive candidates to support crop management, agricultural raw-material supply, and continuous improvement in yield and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage crop cultivation and growth in accordance with established technical procedures.
• Inspect and assess the yield and quality of agricultural raw materials; prepare weekly and monthly harvest-yield reports.
• Study and evaluate crop quality and recommend solutions to improve yield and quality in line with the company’s production requirements.
• Provide guidance and supervise crop cultivation, care, and harvesting procedures.
• Research, update, and apply scientific, technical, and technological advances in agriculture.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a stable supply of qualified agricultural raw materials.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree in Crop Science, Post-Harvest Technology, Agronomy, or a related field stated in the recruitment notice.
• At least 01 year of experience in an equivalent position.
• Ability to monitor, assess, and manage crop growth.
• Ability to develop, guide, and supervise cultivation, crop-care, and harvesting procedures.
• Ability to identify pests and diseases and recommend appropriate treatment measures.
• Ability to assess yield and raw-material quality and analyze contributing causes.
• Skills in production planning, yield forecasting, and crop-schedule management.
• Ability to collect, consolidate, and analyze data; good Excel skills.
• Ability to research, test, and apply new techniques and technologies.
• Ability to work effectively with farmers, cooperatives, and workers.
• Ability to coordinate with QC/KCS, Production, Purchasing, and other relevant departments.
• Ability to work independently, handle field issues, and perform under seasonal pressure.
• Proactive, careful, honest, responsible, and improvement-oriented.
• Ability to read technical documents in English is an advantage.
