G.O.C FARM is currently conducting Food QC Staff Recruitment for two full-time positions at Tan Xuyen Industrial Cluster, Tan Dinh, Bac Ninh Province. The positions are open to candidates with a college degree or higher in food technology, quality management, biotechnology, chemistry or related fields. Previous work experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting and assessing the quality of incoming raw materials.
• Coordinating with the Receiving Department and Agriculture Department to control and progressively improve raw material quality.
• Monitoring product quality at different stages of production.
• Identifying, correcting and preventing quality issues to minimize non-conforming products.
• Guiding and supervising production workers to comply with quality, production process and food hygiene requirements.
• Managing, updating and maintaining records, forms and documents related to the food safety management system.
• Working with relevant departments to identify root causes and propose corrective and preventive measures.
• Performing other quality control and food safety duties assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates applying for the Food QC Staff Recruitment should hold a college degree or higher in one of the following fields:

• Food Technology
• Food Engineering
• Quality Management
• Biotechnology
• Chemistry or Food Chemistry

Suitable candidates should be observant, detail-oriented and capable of identifying abnormalities and deviations. Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork and communication skills are also important.

Candidates should be able to use Word, Excel, the Internet and relevant work-related software, as well as understand technical standards, procedures and instructions related to food quality and safety.
